Boston

We great weekend with Russ and Nicole! Boston was so beautiful, and I can see why New England is so beloved. We did so much on this trip!

The first night we got a quick tour of Harvard with a real Harvard Lawyer (aka Nicole) and then got hot pot for dinner.

The next day we got our Dunkin Coffee and took a walking tour with an eccentric old man. The revolutionary war times were very interesting to him at least! We got to see the USS Constitution, the oldest ship in the fleet! Later that night, wee met up with Christi and Niko for amazing Italian food and canolis. It was so great seeing everyone.

The next day was football day! We also drove over to Lexington and Concorde to see the location of the shot heard around the world! EPIC. The Revolutionary War sites are really something. Good thing Russ is a history buff and remembered all the cool stuff from back in the day. Finally, that night we met back up with Christi and walked across the MIT Bridge, got hot chocolate (really just melted dark chocolate but so good), and walked through the street that is Niko’s favorite. Growing up in California, seeing Boston for the first time really puts a bit of a spell on you. Everything was so memorable and pretty. It got us stuck on a Gilmore Girls marathon for the months to come just to see a quaint New England town.
